Straw yellow color, delicate aroma, creating expectations for the palate. intense flavor, fresh, elegant, with great complexity recommendations: ready to drink now, but with excellent aging potential, allowing it to develop great complexity. serve at 16°c without decanting. ideal to pair with grilled shellfish, delicate fish, or white meats
